FirstRing Septic provides call answering and appointment support for septic businesses. We collect information you provide when requesting a demo, signing up for service, or requesting SMS updates, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and messaging preferences. When providing call answering services, we process caller contact details, messages, call summaries, and appointment information. Calls may be recorded or transcribed where disclosed and permitted. We also process technical information needed to operate and secure our website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide and support our service, deliver call summaries and appointment details to authorized recipients, share non-promotional updates about FirstRing Septic features and services relevant to a recipient’s subscription, maintain consent records, and protect our systems. SMS messages are sent only to recipients who have agreed to receive them.
Sharing and SMS privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with affiliates or lead generators for promotional purposes. Providers that operate our hosting, email, call processing, and messaging services may process information only as needed to provide those services. Caller messages and appointment details are provided to the business or intended recipient handling the call. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customer requests, document consent and opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
SMS enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies based on account activity and relevant service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Some records may need to be retained for legal requirements or to honor opt-out requests.
