SMS Terms & Conditions

FirstRing Septic SMS program
FirstRing Septic sends automated service-related text messages to enrolled recipients, including call summaries, messages left by callers for the intended recipient, appointment details, and non-promotional updates about FirstRing Septic features and services relevant to the recipient’s subscription. Messages may include HTTPS links to additional call details, appointment information, support resources, or other information relevant to your service. These messages support our call answering service. Enrollment does not authorize promotional offers or unrelated marketing messages.
Consent and enrollment
To enroll, provide a mobile number you control and explicitly select the SMS consent checkbox on our SMS signup page. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. Submitting a demo request or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. An enrollment request does not activate messaging until service setup and required messaging registration are complete.
Service without SMS
You may submit the service request form with the SMS checkbox unchecked and the mobile number blank. We will contact you by email to arrange service without text messaging. Providing a phone number without checking the SMS consent box does not enroll you.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on calls, appointments, and relevant service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider determines those charges.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@firstringseptic.com. To enroll again, provide fresh consent through our signup page.
Delivery and responsibilities
Message delivery depends on wireless networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your contact information current and notify us if you no longer control an enrolled number. Do not rely on this program for emergency communications.
